SleeveUp is a Pokémon TCG collection and community platform for UK collectors. The Service allows you to:

• Browse card catalogues and track your personal collection
• Create and organise binders and smart collections
• Scan physical cards using your device camera
• View market pricing sourced from eBay UK active listings
• Discover local card shops and upcoming Pokémon events
• Browse sealed product catalogues and set contents
• Follow other collectors and share collection activity
• Participate in giveaways and community features

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features without an account (guest mode). To access full features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Sell or transfer your account to another party

Pokémon and Pokémon TCG are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Card images and data are the property of The Pokémon Company International. SleeveUp is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company or its affiliates.

The SleeveUp name, logo, and original content are the property of SleeveUp. You may not use our branding without written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Service, including binder names, profile information, community posts, and activity. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not share anything that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on another party's rights.

7. Pricing Data

Market pricing displayed in the Service is sourced from publicly available eBay UK listings. This data is provided for informational purposes only. SleeveUp makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing information. Prices should not be relied upon as financial or investment advice.

8. Giveaways

From time to time we may run prize giveaways. Our giveaways are free to enter and no purchase is required. Eligibility, entry methods, and prize details will be clearly stated for each giveaway. Where entry requires sharing content on a third-party platform (such as Discord or social media), it is your responsibility to comply with that platform's terms. We reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not meet stated criteria. Giveaways are subject to applicable UK law.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly presented before purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SleeveUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
